Diabera Capsules: Take 1-2 capsules 30-40 minutes before meals at least once or twice daily as directed by a healthcare expert.
Panch Tulsi with Curcumin Drop: Add 3-4 drops of Tulsi in a glass of water or your cup of tea at least 1-2 times daily and drink it to gain the maximum benefits.
Sea buckthorn leaf tea: Add 1 teaspoon of leaves to a cup of boiled water. Steep it for 5 minutes. Strain it and add honey or Ayuzera Panch Tulsi drops to enhance the nutrition and taste of your sea buckthorn tea.
