Here are the steps to use Ayuzera Sea buckthorn Thrive+ : 

1. Shake the bottle before use. 

2. Dilute 20ml of Ayuzera Sea buckthorn Thrive+ in a glass of water (200 ml). 

3. Consume twice daily, an hour before meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. 

Tip: We suggest you avoid consuming dairy products immediately before or after taking sea buckthorn-based juices as it may cause bloating to some people.

Consume for 3-6 months for best results.
